At Glo Melanin, we want your skin to love our products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at support@glomelanin.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
